They are really flexible and do lots of different kinds of work. They are always clear and specific about what kind of work needs to be done and why. I also love being able to support a small, local business. One of the owners, Brian, is always in the shop and he is probably the guy who will answer the phone if you call. I went there for my inspection over the summer and since then I have gone for all the work my car needs.
I've been going to Cambridge Street Auto for a few years and always had a great experience (friendly, good work, reasonable prices, etc.) but Brian and his team really helped me out when my wheels were stolen off my car. They found a way to tow it, worked with my insurance, got everything I needed and gave some helpful recommendations. Overall just made a major headache much, much easier to deal with. I couldn't recommend Cambridge Street Auto enough.
