Very enjoyable stay. Despite the hotel being fully booked for the night during graduation weekend, it was very quiet. Walter, at the front desk was amazing! Thanks Walter!
So I was a little annoyed that there wasn't notepads in the room but as my ONE NIGHT STAY progressed it got worse. EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING MASKS even though it is the policy which is extremely unsafe. In the morning there was expired breakfast food from 3 weeks! expired elevator inspection certificate. there was also A LITERAL COCKROACH next to the coffee machine inside the room i was sleeping in. I usually don't write bad reviews for places I stay but this type of behavior and horrible upkeep is unacceptable. Not to mention the mattress was broken and had a hole were you could sink into it, it was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. I hope I don't get sick from the expired food because I only noticed after eating it :(
Our room was perfectly clean and the staff were polite and helpful. We ordered to-go breakfast and it was ready when they said it would be. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
We stayed on a road trip recently. The entire expieriance was very satisfying. The cost of the room the clerk late at night when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The room was super comfy and the a/c was very quiet and functions were simple to use. The restroom was clean,towels were soft water pressure was good. The only thing missing was a hot continental breakfast, with Covid I would have avoided it anyways. Folks, wear a mask so we can all go out and eat in public again without the fear of death or severe illness to yourself or others.
