This was our third improvement project with Bordner Home Improvement. We had them completely remodel our bathroom from the ceiling to the floor including all the fixtures. The entire process was great from Steve Anderson, our salesman to Josh, our installer. We had some issues that showed up during the process but Cliff the foreman made what could have been an episode of "This Old House", into a seamless process. The job was completed ahead of our schedule and was on budget. They went way beyond what was needed for our satisfaction. We will call them again when we need more work done and have recommended them to our friends.
Bordner took great care of us and our project. We got exactly what we wanted at a very affordable price. They moved up our instillation too so we got our windows within 2 months. Steve Anderson was our salesman and was priceless explaining all our options and pricing of products. The installation team was very fast getting all of our windows in within a few hours and were very kind to my very interested 3yr old. We will definitely use Bordner Home Improvement again if we have other house projects. Thank you all!
We were very pleased with our recent experience with Bordner. We met with Larry McCoy who helped us determine whether we had a roof or plumbing leak. It turned out to be a plumbing issue that was easily resolved! We have used Bordner for several home improvement projects in the past. They do good work and are a very honest and trustworthy company. We contracted Bordner to replace original aluminum frame windows that were inefficient and overdue for replacement. We appreciated the professional communication and responsiveness prior to our sales appointment. And the demonstration and information provided by our sales consultant was thorough and to the point. We saw the kind of product quality and value that we were looking for, and the long-term benefit that was important in selecting a solution. Our project has not started yet, but we are looking forward to it!
I was very pleased with the work done by Bordner. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. I worked with Ted Wismeier, Sales Consultant, who was very detailed in explaining services and the commitment to quality Bordner adheres to. The work was done with obvious professionalism by the stellar crew. They worked diligently each day. I was shocked how quickly they got a very steep and complex job completed. The selection of roof they used was better than what I would have done on my own— neighbors and friends noticed and compliments have been many.Thanks to Ted should also be given for his explanation on how the whole insurance process works.I was impressed by his honesty in sharing with me mid project that the original bid was going to be modified to a lower cost after it was revealed I did not need the original work speculated; he subsequently notified my insurance company. I must also mention the Project Supervisor,Sam Falcon, who was very nice to interact with and addressed questions I had. I observed that he treated his crew with respecting kindness. After the job was completed there was not a nail to be found nor any evidence such a big job occurred! Thanks Bordner from a very happy customer!!!
